1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Keches Law Group, P.C., 2 Lakeshore Center, Bridgewater, MA 02324, (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, or household members) are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter, during the promotion period, visit Sponsor’s official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/kecheslaw and comment on the designated Giveaway post. Only one comment per person will be counted as an entry. Comments that violate Facebook community standards, or that contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material, will be disqualified. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
4. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted from the time the Giveaway post is published until 11:59 AM ET on Friday, September 5, 2025.
5. Selection of Winner
On Friday, September 5, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random from among all eligible comments using a third-party random comment picker tool (WASK). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the New England Patriots home opener at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, scheduled for Sunday, September 7th at 1 PM. Approximate retail value: $500. Tickets may not be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. If the game is postponed or cancelled for any reason, the prize will not be replaced.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via direct message or reply to their winning comment on Facebook. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize, and be able to accept the tickets digitally using email or a mobile phone number. If the winner does not respond in time, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
9. Release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Facebook, Meta, and Sponsor from any liability related to this Giveaway. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor, not to Facebook.
10. Publicity
By entering, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
