NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IS FORMED BY YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR BY ANY COMMUNICATION YOU SEND OR RECEIVE THROUGH THIS SITE. THE CONTENT AND FEATURES ON THIS WEBSITE SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS LEGAL ADVICE. THE CONTENT AND FEATURES OF THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING MEANS TO SUBMIT A QUESTION OR INFORMATION, DO NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFER TO REPRESENT YOU.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: THESE TERMS SPECIFY THAT DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE (“the Site”) OR YOUR USE OF IT WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A JURY TRIAL, A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE & DISCLAIMERS (“THESE TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

The Site you are visiting is owned and managed by Keches Law Group, P.C., 2 Lakeshore Center, Suite 3, Bridgewater, MA 02324 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. These Terms tell you about your (and our) rights and make certain disclosures required by law. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

No Warranties

The content of this Site is provided for general informational purposes only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content of this Site or any linked site, and disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for any action taken, or not taken, in reliance on the content of this Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this Site is to stop using it.

No Relationship or Obligation Arises from Use of the Site

The law differs in every jurisdiction, and you should not rely on any opinion except that of an attorney you have retained, who has a professional duty to advise you after being fully informed of all the pertinent facts, and who is licensed in the applicable state, and is familiar with the applicable law. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any information found on this website. Any actions or decisions about your legal rights should be based on the particular facts and circumstances of your situation, and appropriate legal advice from an attorney. We expressly disclaim all liability with respect to actions taken or not taken based upon any information or other contents of this site.

Viewing the Site or communicating with us by email or through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. The content and features of the Site, including means to submit a question or information, do not create, and are not intended to create, an attorney-client relationship, are not legal advice, and do not constitute an offer to represent you. Submitting information through the Site does not mean we have agreed to represent you, and we make no guarantee about the outcome of any potential claim. No attorney-client relationship will exist unless and until you and we sign a written fee agreement. Until then, you should consult another attorney if you intend to pursue a claim, so that you do not miss any statute of limitations or other legal deadline.

Confidentiality is Not Guaranteed

Information sent to us through this Site, by email or by text message may not be secure and may not be treated as privileged or confidential until we agree in writing to represent you. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed in writing to represent you. We respect the privacy of anyone who contacts us and will make reasonable efforts to keep information confidential internally, but because of the nature of internet communications, we cannot guarantee confidentiality. If we already represent you, please keep in mind that email may not be secure and avoid sending sensitive information unless it is encrypted. You may also contact us by phone at (508) 822-2000.

Submitting Information to Us

By submitting information through this Site, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email at the contact information you provide about your inquiry. Calls and texts may be made using automated technology, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us at any time to stop contacting you. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of using our services. We are not obligated to contact you or to evaluate your potential claim. Submitting information does not mean we have reviewed your claim, and we express no opinion on whether you have a claim or on its merits. If you intend to pursue a claim, you should promptly consult a lawyer so that your claim is not barred by a statute of limitations or another deadline.

Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy as posted on the Site, which is incorporated herein and also governs your use of the Site, to understand our privacy practices. Please reference our privacy policy by clicking HERE.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to submit the Content to us and grant the licenses as described above; (b) we will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay royalties to any third party for its use of the Content; (c) the Content does not infringe any third party’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights; and (d) the Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submission.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Site and any necessary software used in connection with the Site may contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing herein should be construed to grant any licenses or rights, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights. Keches Law Group is not sponsored by, affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by any company, product or individual named on this Site, and any such names are used only to identify the products or companies at issue.

Information Not Intended to be Medical Advice

The content provided on this Site, such as documents, text, graphics, images, videos, or other materials, is for informational purposes only. The information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment of any medical condition or for any questions you may have regarding a health concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or seen on this Site. Links to other sites are provided for information only. Use of trade names is for identification only and does not constitute endorsement by us.

We Are Not Responsible for Content

We may periodically change, remove, or add the material in this website without notice. This material may contain technical or typographical errors. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of this website. Your use of this website is at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall We or any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of this website be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your access to, or use of, this website.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO THIS MATERIAL, FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OR FOR ANY OTHER LINKED WEBSITE.

International Use

The Site is controlled, operated, and administered by us from offices within the United States of America and is only intended for use therein. We make no representation regarding use of the Site outside of the United States.

Third Party Websites

This website may contain links to third party websites for the convenience of our users. We do not endorse any of these third-party sites and do not imply any association between Us and those sites, other than as specifically set forth herein. We do not control these third-party websites and cannot represent that their policies and practices will be consistent with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use links to access and use such websites, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any linked sites. These links are provided only as a convenience to the recipient. These Terms only apply to the Site and do not apply to any linked sites. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of use of any linked sites that you visit. Links do not imply that we sponsor, endorse, are affiliated with or associated with, or are legally authorized to use any trademark, trade name, service mark, design, logo, symbol, or other copyrighted materials displayed on or accessible through any linked site.

Co-Counsel and Referral Firms

Keches Law Group lawyers are licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. On certain matters, we may work with other lawyers or law firms licensed in other jurisdictions or with experience in particular types of cases. We select any such lawyers or firms in our professional judgment, based on their experience and qualifications for the matter.

Cases we obtain through advertising on this Site may be referred to other lawyers or law firms for principal responsibility. If we refer your case, we will remain jointly responsible for it as required by the applicable rules of professional conduct.

If we work with another firm on your matter, we will tell you, identify the firm where known, and obtain any written consent required by the applicable rules of professional conduct. The fee and other terms of the representation, including the involvement of any other firm, will be set forth in your written fee agreement, and your total fee will not increase as a result.

By submitting information to us, you agree that we may share your contact information and the details of your inquiry with such firms so they can evaluate your potential claim. We are not obligated to share any information you submit with any other firm, and no other firm is obligated to contact you. Any decision to do so is in our or that firm’s sole discretion.

Website Inquiries

Inquiries submitted through this Site are typically answered by us. We are not obligated to respond to any inquiry, and we may, in our discretion, refer an inquiry to another lawyer or law firm as described under “Co-Counsel and Referral Firms.” Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Telephone calls with us about an inquiry may be recorded for recordkeeping, training and quality-assurance purposes.

State Laws Vary

Laws differ from state to state. This Site may contain general information about rules that apply in some states, as well as information about past verdicts and settlements. You should not assume that the same rules apply, or that the same result would occur, in your state or your case.

Statutes of limitations are especially important. Every state sets a deadline, called a statute of limitations, for filing a lawsuit. A lawsuit filed after the deadline may be dismissed, regardless of the defendant’s fault or the severity of your injuries. In some states the deadline for personal injury claims is two years, while in others it may be longer or shorter, and certain claims may have even shorter notice deadlines. Because identifying all responsible parties and legal theories takes time, if you have been injured, you should consult a lawyer as soon as possible.

Legal and Ethical Requirements

We have tried to comply with all legal and ethical requirements in compiling this website. We welcome comments about our compliance with applicable rules and will update the site as warranted, upon learning of any new or different requirements. We only want to represent clients based on their review of this website if it complies with all legal or ethical requirements. To the extent that the professional responsibility rules of any jurisdiction require us to designate a principal office or an attorney responsible for this website, Keches Law Group designates its office at 2 Lakeshore Center, Suite 3, Bridgewater, MA 02324, and attorney Sean C. Flaherty.

Honors, Accolades and Recognition

To the extent that any display of honors, accolades and recognition made on this website are considered attorney advertising, no aspect of such advertisement has been approved or sanctioned by the supreme courts or accrediting organizations of any state. The inclusion of an honor, accolade or recognition is not intended to compare our services or those of our attorneys with any other attorney or law firm, nor is it intended to create an expectation of results that can be obtained in a particular matter. Any honor, accolade or recognition that uses the term “super,” “best,” “superior,” “leading,” “top-rated,” or the like, only means that the attorney has been included in a list containing that term. It is not intended to convey any superlative ability of the attorney recognized. The websites of the organizations conferring the honor, accolade or recognition may be linked to from the badge or logo displayed on this website, and you are encouraged to visit those websites to learn more about the process by which the attorney was selected. Where the logo of a publication is listed as featuring us or one of our attorneys, you are encouraged to perform an author search or other type of search on that website for the information communicated by or about us or our attorney on that website. Alternatively, information about honors, accolades and recognition can be provided upon request.

Disclosures Regarding Attorney Advertising

Some jurisdictions may consider the Site to be a form of advertising for legal services and as such may require specific disclosures. Please read the following carefully:

Attorney Advertising

THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT. The determination of the need for legal services and the choice of a lawyer are extremely important decisions and should not be based solely upon advertisements. Anyone considering a lawyer should independently investigate the lawyer’s credentials and ability and not rely upon advertisements or self-proclaimed expertise. No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Any case results, verdicts, settlements, or client testimonials described on this website depend on the facts and law of each case and are not a promise or prediction of the result in any other matter.

Responsible Attorney and Licensure

The attorney responsible for the content of this Site is Sean C. Flaherty, of Keches Law Group, 2 Lakeshore Center, Suite 3, Bridgewater, MA 02324. The attorneys of Keches Law Group are licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. This Site is not intended to advertise legal services to be performed in any state by Keches Law Group or any lawyer or law firm we work with unless they are licensed to practice in that state.

Not a Referral Service

We do not operate as a lawyer-advertising cooperative, lawyer referral service, prepaid legal insurance provider, or similar organization the business or activities of which include the referral of customers, members, or beneficiaries to lawyers for the performance of fee-generating legal services or the payment for or provision of legal services to the customers, members, or beneficiaries in matters for which they do not bear ultimate responsibility.

Free Background Information Available Upon Request

Before you decide to hire us, ask us to send you free written information about our qualifications and experience. Additional information about the lawyers or firms may also be obtained by contacting the Bar Association in the State in which such lawyers or law firms are licensed.

Specialization and Certification

Except where otherwise indicated, neither we nor any lawyer or law firm we work with is certified as a specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education, the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (“Not Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization”), or any other entity or body. A description of the areas in which a lawyer practices, or a lawyer’s concentration in personal injury or any other field, does not mean that any agency or board has certified the lawyer as a specialist, expert or authority in that field. Likewise, memberships and offices in legal fraternities and societies, technical and professional licenses, and memberships in scientific, technical and professional associations do not mean that a lawyer is a specialist, expert, authority or certified in a particular field of law, or that the lawyer is more expert or competent than any other lawyer. Many states do not recognize certifications of specialties in the practice of law, and any such certificate, award or recognition is not a requirement to practice law in those states. We urge all potential clients to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered.

Testimonials, Dramatizations and Photographs

Any testimonials, endorsements or client reviews on this Site reflect the experiences of the individuals who provided them and do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in your case. Any dramatizations are identified as such. Except on pages about a particular attorney or as otherwise noted, individuals shown in photographs on this Site are actors or models, are not clients of or affiliated with us, and are depicted for illustrative purposes only. Their depiction is not intended to create an expectation of any particular result. Photographs on this Site may not be downloaded, reproduced, retransmitted or otherwise used except for personal use.

Jurisdictional Limits

To the extent that this Site does not comply with the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction in which it may be viewed, we do not wish to, and will not knowingly, accept representation based on or resulting from use of the Site from a person located in that jurisdiction. We also do not wish to, and will not knowingly, accept representation based on or resulting from use of the Site from a person located outside the United States.

State-Specific Disclosures

  • Connecticut: ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. The attorney responsible for this website is Adele R. Jacobs, 1087 Broad Street, #400, Bridgeport, CT 06604, admitted to practice in Connecticut. Each case has unique facts and circumstances; similar or better results cannot be guaranteed. If we represent you on a contingency basis, we will receive a fee only if there is a recovery.
  • Massachusetts: Any lawyer described on this Site as certified in a particular field is certified by the organization identified. Where the certifying organization is not approved by a state authority or accredited by the American Bar Association, the certifying organization is a private organization, whose standards for certification are not regulated by a state authority or the American Bar Association.
  • North Carolina: Case results described on this website are illustrative only and do not include all results obtained by the firm. Results depend on the specific facts and law of each case, and prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
  • Pennsylvania: Legal services advertised on this website will principally be performed by lawyers practicing at our office in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
  • Rhode Island: The Rhode Island Supreme Court licenses all lawyers in the general practice of law. The court does not license or certify any lawyer as an expert or specialist in any particular field of practice.

User Comments

If this Site allows comments or other public posts, the following applies. Whether any page or post is open to comments is in our sole discretion. We may, without notice, pre-approve, edit or delete any comment for any reason, including comments that contain spam, profane, derogatory or defamatory language, offensive content, or personal attacks on any person or on Keches Law Group. Users who violate this policy may be barred from commenting.

Comments are public. Do not include confidential information or details about a potential legal claim in a comment. Posting a comment does not create an attorney-client relationship. Posted comments are not approved or endorsed by us, and we are not responsible for their content. If you believe a comment is defamatory, unlawful or violates this policy, please contact us using the information on this Site.

Governing Laws in case of Dispute; Jurisdiction, Binding Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to any choice of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim between us (or our respective heirs, successors, assigns or affiliates) arising out of, relating to, or in connection with your use of this Site and/or these Terms (a “dispute”), you and we waive the right to seek remedies in court, including the right to a jury trial, and agree to submit said dispute exclusively to binding individual arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrator shall not have the authority to decide any claims as a class, collective, or representative action. The seat of the arbitration will be in Boston, Massachusetts unless AAA determines that this location will impose undue hardship, in which case the location will be set by AAA. The parties will share the expense of arbitration equally, except that if you represent that this would impose an undue hardship, you will initially be responsible only for a filing fee equal to the amount that would be necessary to file your claim in court. In that event, we will advance the remaining fees and expenses on your behalf, and the arbitrator will determine any additional amount you can pay without sustaining undue hardship. Threshold issues of arbitrability shall be decided by the arbitrator, including the scope of these Terms and whether a controversy or claim arises out of or relates to your use of the Site. You understand that by agreeing to arbitration as a mechanism to resolve all controversies, disputes and claims between us, you are waiving certain rights, including the right to bring an action in court, the right to a jury trial, the right to broad discovery, and the right to an appeal. You understand that in the context of arbitration, a case is decided by an arbitrator (one or more), not by a judge or a jury.

Exclusions and Limitations

THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, as each is currently posted, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior written or oral agreements on that subject, except that these Terms do not supersede, restrict, or replace any agreement governing an attorney-client relationship between you and us. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court or arbitrator should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. This Section does not apply to any claim relating to legal services provided under a separate engagement or fee agreement.

Attorney Ethics Notice

If you are an attorney participating in any aspect of this Site, you acknowledge that rules of professional conduct apply to your behavior in all respects. The rules include, but are not limited to, the rules relating to advertising, solicitation of clients, unauthorized practice of law, and misrepresentations of fact. We disclaim all responsibility for your compliance with these rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept them. Changes will not apply to any dispute that arose before the changes were posted.
