The Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, also known as the DIA, administers everything related to Workers’ Comp law in MA, with 26 judges covering claims.
The DIA is responsible for resolving disputes, ensuring employers carry workers’ comp insurance and acting as the hub for injured workers, employers, attorneys and insurance companies.
