Patrick J. Nelligan

Trial Attorney

Attorney Nelligan joined Keches Law Group as an associate in February 2022. He represents individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injuries or death as a result of the negligent conduct of others. Patrick handles all aspects of plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation before state and federal courts in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Keches Law Group, Patrick spent more than a decade defending medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, construction accidents, and general tort claims. He has extensive experience representing corporations and individuals entangled in government investigations, as well as licensing and state administrative proceedings. Patrick utilizes his prior defense experience to advocate for injured victims.

Patrick has also successfully drafted and argued appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where he was the Lead Article Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. He earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

He presently resides in Topsfield, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children and looks forward to expanding the firm’s presence on the North Shore.
