No purchase necessary. One sweepstakes: May 12, 2023 to May 17, 2023. Must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the United States of America or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or maintenance of any Keches Law Group products or services is necessary to enter or to win. Open only to legal residents of the United States of America or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Void wherever prohibited.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States of America or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, the Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, Prize providers, agents, and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD & ODDS

The 2023 KLG Taylor Swift Concert Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is a sweepstakes in the United States. The Entry Period and Drawing Date for the Sweepstakes are set forth below.

  • Entry Period: May 12, 2023, 10 a.m. ET – May 17, 2023, 10 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”)
  • Drawing Date: May 18, 2023
  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter. To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must:

  1. Like/follow the Keches Law Group Facebook page
  2. Comment on the related Keches Law Group Facebook post with the name of their favorite Taylor Swift song

Entrants that prefer an alternate method of entry can also provide the following information on a 3.5 x 5-inch postcard mailed to the address below:

  • Full legal name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Email address

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

Only submissions received during the Entry Period will be eligible for the applicable drawing. Mail entries must be postmarked no later than May 16, 2023 to be included in the final drawing. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Limit: ONE (1) Entry Per Person. The use of multiple email addresses, social media accounts, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules or the use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share a Facebook account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Facebook accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified from the entire Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account used to enter a Sweepstakes will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the address used to register the Facebook account. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Facebook account associated with the winning entry.

Entries may not:

  1. Contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement
  2. Contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, or libelous
  3. Contain unlawful material, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the entry is created
  4. Disparage Sponsor or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes
  5. Contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor
  6. Contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other legally prohibited basis.

6. PRIZES

The winner will receive ONE pair of tickets to Taylor Swift’s performance at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, May 21, 2023 in Foxborough, Massachusetts (approximate value $5,000) “Prize”

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted.

All taxes on the Prizes, including but not limited to federal, state, and local income and sales taxes, and any expense not covered herein (including but not limited to expenses related to the use of the Prize) are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) Prize per person/household. Sponsor does not make, nor is Sponsor in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Keches Law Group to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on Drawing Date under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.

Winner will be notified via a direct message from Sponsor to the social media account used to enter the Sweepstakes or the email address included on mail entry within two (2) days following the Drawing Date. In order to claim their Prize, Winner must:

  1. Reply to Sponsor’s direct message within 24 hours
  2. Provide their full legal name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and mailing address to Sponsor

Sponsor has no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to any security or privacy settings on the Winner’s social media account or Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Potential Winner may be required to verify their eligibility by completing, signing, notarizing, and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (granting the use of the winner’s name, picture/portrait likeness, and/or voice by Sponsor for advertising/publicity purposes, without further compensation) within 48 hours of traceable mail/email receipt, or the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be contacted.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU

By entering this content you understand that Keches Law Group, anyone acting on behalf of Keches Law Group, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. TERMS

No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any Prize, or in the administration of a Sweepstakes. In no event will more than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor’s delay or failure to enforce its rights will not be deemed a waiver of such rights.

Entrant acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By accepting a Prize, winners agree that the Sponsor, Facebook, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Prize or participation in this sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes or Prize-related activity.

11. DISPUTES

Entrants agree that:

A. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Entrants submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction.

B. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees.

C. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrant hereby agrees that entrant will not bring a class action or participate in a class action against sponsor with respect to a sweepstakes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

12. DATA COLLECTION

Sponsor collects personal information from participants when they submit an entry for a Sweepstakes for use in administration of a Sweepstakes. When submitting an entry to Sponsor, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and information about Keches Law Group. Consenting to receive such emails and information is optional, and is not necessary to submit an entry or to win a Sweepstakes, nor will it increase or improve your chances of winning. 13. WINNERS LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, please contact the Sponsor by sending an email to social@kecheslaw.com with the subject line: “The 2023 KLG Taylor Swift Concert Sweepstakes” within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

14. SPONSOR

The sponsor of The 2023 KLG Taylor Swift Concert Sweepstakes is Keches Law Group, P.C., 2 Lakeshore Center, 3rd Floor, Bridgewater, MA 02324. The 2023 KLG Taylor Swift Concert Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Gillette Stadium, or Taylor Swift.
