Keches Law Group obtained a $1,050,000 settlement for a client suffering from a shoulder injury caused by a construction worksite fall.
A 53-year-old client suffered a traumatic injury to his right shoulder after sustaining a fall at a construction worksite. The client was diagnosed with a right shoulder labral tear and a rotator cuff tear. Despite undergoing three different surgeries on his right shoulder, the client continued to experience severe pain, reduced range of motion, and the inability to return to work.
After extensive medical treatment, it was ultimately determined that the client’s work-related injury had resulted in his total disability from returning to his previous career and had caused permanent loss of function damage to his right shoulder.
The client was successful under not only a workers’ compensation case but also a third-party liability case brought against the construction company on his behalf.
Entre ambos os casos jurídicos, o cliente recebeu um acordo combinado totalizando $1.050.000,00.
