Nunca cubra os aquecedores de ambiente ou conecte um a um cabo de extens\u00e3o ou a uma faixa de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Certifique-se de remover o gelo e a neve de quaisquer passarelas\/passarelas, e coloque sal, areia ou outro produto para evitar o degelo. <a href=\"https:\/\/kecheslaw.com\/pt\/noticias\/escorregar-e-cair-na-neve-e-gelo\/\">escorreg\u00f5es e quedas<\/a>.<\/li><li>Certifique-se de manter em sua casa um kit de emerg\u00eancia que inclua lanternas, velas, f\u00f3sforos, baterias, kit de primeiros socorros, medicamentos e quaisquer itens necess\u00e1rios para beb\u00eas, crian\u00e7as e idosos. <\/li><li>Certifique-se de manter alimentos, \u00e1gua, cobertores e suprimentos extras na casa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O carro:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verifique o piso de seus pneus e substitua-os por pneus para todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas ou para neve.<\/li><li>Certifique-se de manter seu tanque de g\u00e1s cheio para evitar que o gelo entre nas linhas de combust\u00edvel e\/ou no tanque.<\/li><li>Certifique-se de verificar se seu anticongelante e l\u00edquido de lavagem do p\u00e1ra-brisas est\u00e3o cheios.<\/li><li>Certifique-se de manter um kit de emerg\u00eancia em seu carro contendo \u00e1gua, lanches, kit de primeiros socorros, lanterna, baterias extras, carregador de celular port\u00e1til, cobertores e foguetes de emerg\u00eancia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea mesmo e seus familiares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Certifique-se de usar camadas de roupas quentes e folgadas, casaco resistente ao vento e \u00e0 \u00e1gua, botas imperme\u00e1veis e um chap\u00e9u\/luvas\/len\u00e7o para evitar hipotermia e queimaduras por congelamento.<\/li><li>Tenha cuidado ao realizar quaisquer atividades ao ar livre, tais como empurrar sua entrada ou remover a neve de seu carro, especialmente se voc\u00ea tiver uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica.<\/li><li>Certifique-se de informar algu\u00e9m onde voc\u00ea est\u00e1, e quando voc\u00ea est\u00e1 participando de atividades ao ar livre.
