Para que haja um contrato de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lido, deve haver uma oferta de emprego, aceita\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta e considera\u00e7\u00e3o pelos servi\u00e7os prestados. \u00c9 discut\u00edvel que, numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o de voluntariado, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 oferta de emprego, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 considera\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 sal\u00e1rio.
