Argumentando que a idade da reclamante, combinada com suas v\u00e1rias defici\u00eancias graves, a impossibilitou de realizar at\u00e9 mesmo trabalho sedent\u00e1rio, e referindo-se ao Tribunal a v\u00e1rias listas e \u00e0s Regras da Grade M\u00e9dica\/Vocacional, o Tribunal concordou e concedeu os benef\u00edcios \u00e0 reclamante. De fato, os benef\u00edcios foram concedidos retroativamente \u00e0 data de in\u00edcio alegada.
