Relat\u00f3rios atualizados indicaram que o motorista que causou o acidente estava trabalhando um turno noturno da meia-noite at\u00e9 8:00 da manh\u00e3, apenas tr\u00eas horas antes de seu turno come\u00e7ar com o MBTA. Os relat\u00f3rios indicam que o acidente ocorreu menos de uma hora ap\u00f3s o in\u00edcio de seu turno. H\u00e1 relatos de fadiga como tendo sido um fator no acidente.<\/p>\n<p>O operador que causou o acidente foi despedido pelo MBTA logo ap\u00f3s o acidente.
