Stephanie D. Scotto

Associate Attorney

Stephanie Scotto joined Keches Law Group, P.C. as an attorney in 2017. Attorney Scotto was raised in Rhode Island and graduated from the University of Rhode Island. She went on to earn her law degree from New England School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Scotto served as a mentor to incoming law students in the Bridge to Success Mentorship Program. She also worked as a legal intern at the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office in the Narcotics and Organized Crime Division and at the Suffolk County District Attorney General’s Office in the Cyber Crimes Division.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Scotto moved to Houston, Texas where she worked as a law clerk at a criminal defense law firm. She worked alongside attorneys who defended persons charged with various crimes ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. She later returned to Rhode Island and transitioned to civil litigation as an attorney at an insurance defense firm. While working in insurance defense, however, she learned that she would rather protect the rights of persons injured rather than defend the insurance companies.

Attorney Scotto is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Rhode Island Bar Association, and the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association.
