Michael J. Carroll
Attorney Michael Carroll joined the Personal Injury department of Keches Law Group, P.C. as an attorney in October 2021. Prior to that, Attorney Carroll worked for the Suffolk University Law School Juvenile Defenders Clinic. Before attending law school, Attorney Carroll served four years in the United States Coast Guard, where he worked servicing aids to navigation on the Hudson River. In 2017 he was stationed in Portsmouth, VA, where he served out the rest of his tour. His time in the Coast Guard was instrumental in shaping his professionalism, determination, and devotion to duty.
Attorney Carroll was born in Providence, Rhode Island, where he lived until joining the Coast Guard in 2015. In 2021, he received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island in 2014. At age 21, Attorney Carroll became a certified Open Water SCUBA Instructor and has certified over 100 divers in his career. In 2020, he began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In September 2021, he won Gold at the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation’s Pan-American Championship. This long list of past life experiences, before entering the legal profession, has shaped Attorney Carroll into a well-rounded, motivated, and dedicated resource for his clients and colleagues.
