Jeffrey E. Falvey

Jeffrey E. Falvey joined Keches Law Group in 2022. Attorney Falvey’s practice focuses on complex tort, product liability, and medical malpractice litigation. Prior to joining Keches Law Group, Attorney Falvey worked at a premier products liability defense firm in Boston and a boutique tax litigation firm in Texas. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Falvey has taken and defended depositions for corporate clients, managed complex multi-party motion practice, and participated in jury and bench trials in state and federal court.

Attorney Falvey was born in Syracuse, New York, and earned his bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s degree, from the University of Maine (Orono). While earning his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine, he was a tight end for the University’s Division I football team. Attorney Falvey obtained his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, Attorney Falvey competed on the Law School’s nationally acclaimed and recognized trial team. He also served as a Note Editor for the Suffolk Law Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. While a law student, Attorney Falvey worked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2017 and the U.S. District Court in 2018.
