Sucumbi\u00f3 a sus lesiones dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, el 29 de noviembre de 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los expertos de los demandantes, un oftalm\u00f3logo, testific\u00f3 en el juicio que el Sr. Davignon ten\u00eda una grave deficiencia visual en su ojo izquierdo que le habr\u00eda impedido ver a un peat\u00f3n a su izquierda cuando se acercaba al cruce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Esta ha sido una p\u00e9rdida devastadora para la familia de Zoe Rosenthal y para la comunidad de amigos y colegas que la adoraban\", dijo la abogada Charlotte Glinka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las dos hijas de la Sra.
