Durante este periodo, la aseguradora puede interrumpir los pagos en cualquier momento, avis\u00e1ndole con 7 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n. Le explicar\u00e1n su decisi\u00f3n. En este caso, puede recurrir la decisi\u00f3n de la aseguradora ante el Departamento de Accidentes de Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Si ha estado recibiendo una indemnizaci\u00f3n durante m\u00e1s de 180 d\u00edas, o si sus pagos son el resultado directo de una decisi\u00f3n de la Junta de Accidentes de Trabajo, entonces su reclamaci\u00f3n se considera \"aceptada\". En esta situaci\u00f3n, los pagos s\u00f3lo pueden interrumpirse en las siguientes situaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Usted firma un Acuerdo de Suspensi\u00f3n, que permite a la empresa suspender el pago.<\/li>\n<li>Un juez del Departamento de Accidentes Laborales determina que sus prestaciones deben ser modificadas o suspendidas (tras una conferencia).<\/li>\n<li>Vuelve al trabajo<\/li>\n<li>Su m\u00e9dico o un m\u00e9dico imparcial le informa de que puede volver a trabajar en su antiguo empleo o en uno nuevo, y su empleador verifica que dicho trabajo est\u00e1 disponible.<\/li>\n<li>Ha recibido el importe m\u00e1ximo de indemnizaci\u00f3n por su reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las prestaciones de indemnizaci\u00f3n pueden suspenderse en cualquier momento si usted es encarcelado. Si no se somete al examen requerido por el m\u00e9dico elegido por la aseguradora o si no presenta los informes de ingresos necesarios, pueden retirarle las prestaciones. Si la aseguradora suspende el pago por cualquier otro motivo, se considera una interrupci\u00f3n ilegal. En caso de que esto ocurra, ser\u00e1n sancionados por la ley.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque se hayan suspendido los pagos semanales, la aseguradora sigue siendo responsable de sus gastos m\u00e9dicos. Siempre que el tratamiento se considere necesario y est\u00e9 relacionado con tu lesi\u00f3n o enfermedad laboral, recibir\u00e1s los pagos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Si eres discapacitado:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Si est\u00e1 incapacitado de forma permanente y total, el hecho de recibir pagos de la seguridad social no afecta a su derecho a seguir recibiendo una indemnizaci\u00f3n.
