Esto significa que puede ser despedido sin previo aviso, o renunciar a su empleo sin previo aviso. Esta es la ley en Massachusetts. Los empleados a menudo se sorprenden al saber que no tienen derecho a sus puestos de trabajo, incluso si est\u00e1n realizando bien su trabajo y su empleador est\u00e1 prosperando financieramente.
