Christopher P. Lynett
Christopher P. Lynett is a trial attorney in the firm’s Pennsylvania office. Chris joined Keches Law Group, P.C. in 2023 after several years working for AM150 firm in Philadelphia. In that role he assisted major corporations in complex civil and criminal litigation, often facing off against the Department of Justice, other government agencies, and large law firms.
Before that, Chris served as a prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for half a decade. At the DA’s office, he was a frontline prosecutor who tried cases ranging from drug dealing and theft to aggravated assault and attempted murder. The office’s leadership also tapped Chris to serve as a supervisor in the Municipal Court unit. In that capacity, he trained and led a unit of 40 newly minted prosecutors.
Chris attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his law degree with highest honors. While attending law school, he was a member of Suffolk’s nationally recognized Trial Team, served as chief competition director of the Moot Court Honor Board, and wrote several articles for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. Chris continues his academic pursuits as an adjunct professor at Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law where he coaches their national trial team and leads their internal mock trial competition.
Immediately after law school, Chris clerked for the Hon. Malachy E. Mannion, U.S. District Judge, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He then spent a year with the Hon. Thomas I. Vanaskie (Ret.), on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, which is one level below the United States Supreme Court. These experiences gave Chris unique insight into judicial decision-making at both the trial and appellate levels—a skill he continues to leverage on behalf of his clients.
Chris lives in Elkins Park with his wife, two children, and his Bernese Mountain dog, Quincy. When not advocating for his clients, he enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. He is a lifelong Eagles fan.
Keches Law Group’s Philadelphia office handles all aspects of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, class actions, and product liability claims.
