This position will have direct client contact on a daily basis, so candidate must have excellent communication skills and project confidence. Must be a highly organized individual in order to maintain and organize case files. Must have the ability to perform research with limited direction.
Regularly request medical records and bills, review and summarize medical records.
Documentation Skills, Telephone Skills, General Office Experience, PC Proficiency in MS Office, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Internal Communications, Ability to Work Within a Team, Self-Motivated, Dependability, Professionalism, Client Relationships. Knowledgeable in Salesforce a plus.
Must be well organized and able to multi-task. Strong phone/typing/computer skills a must. Prefer college graduate with paralegal degree or certificate but will take experience into consideration.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the employee may at times be required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Paralegal certificate or degree
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
